Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide when you create an account, save delivery details, place an order, or contact us. This can include your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, account password, order details, and communications with us.

Stripe handles payment details. Cowart Collective does not receive or store your full card number. We receive payment and transaction information needed to complete and support your order.

How we use information

• To create and secure your account.
• To calculate shipping, process payment, fulfill orders, and provide tracking.
• To prevent fraud, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations.
• To respond to support, privacy, refund, or delivery requests.

Services that receive information

We share only the information needed to provide the store: Stripe receives checkout and payment information; Shippo and the selected carrier receive delivery and parcel information; and our website hosting and database providers process information needed to operate and secure the site. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential session cookies for customer and manager sign-in. Your browser also stores your shopping bag and your cookie-notice choice. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Retention and security

We keep account information while your account is active and retain order, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction records for as long as reasonably needed for business and legal obligations. We use access controls and secure connections, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update saved contact and delivery details or submit an access or deletion request from My Account. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Some records may be retained when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks, or other legal obligations.

Children

The store is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
