Store use and accounts
Provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not interfere with the site, misuse another person’s information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the store for unlawful purposes.
Products and availability
We work to present product descriptions, images, prices, and inventory accurately. Colors and details may vary by screen or because many items are seasonal or individually finished. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel and refund an unavailable, incorrectly priced, or suspected fraudulent order.
Payment, tax, and shipping
Stripe processes payment. Applicable tax and the shipping service you select are shown before payment. Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier. Risk of loss transfers as allowed by applicable law, and you are responsible for providing a deliverable address.
Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy is part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The site’s branding, text, photographs, graphics, and layout belong to Cowart Collective or their respective licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not copy or commercially exploit its content without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cowart Collective is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. Any liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Arkansas law governs these terms, without limiting consumer protections that apply where you live.
